Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated April 17, 2026.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the conduct we require of every Customer and the callers, texters, and chat visitors who interact with a business running on GiantBooking. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or referral to law enforcement.
No illegal use
You may not use the service to violate any law that applies to you, including laws governing telemarketing, telephone recording consent, electronic communications, privacy, healthcare, or financial services. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required under local law before recording or routing calls through the AI agent.
No harassment or abuse
You may not use GiantBooking to harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or intimidate anyone, to distribute hateful content, or to facilitate abuse of any kind. Agents must be configured to refuse threatening or abusive callers, not to encourage them.
No unsolicited or spam calling
You may not use the service to place outbound calls or send messages to people who have not opted in, or to call or text anyone on a do-not-call list to which they have added themselves. The AI agent is designed for inbound engagement on your own business number and for confirmation messages tied to real appointments the caller scheduled.
No fraud or impersonation
You may not represent the service as operated by another person or business, impersonate another practitioner, or use the service to collect payments under false pretenses. The AI must not pretend to be a human when a caller directly asks whether they are speaking to a person.
No abuse of the platform
You may not attempt to probe, scan, or penetrate our systems, circumvent rate limits, reverse engineer the platform, reuse execution tokens, forge receipts, or interfere with the audit trail. Security research is welcome; email us first.
Healthcare-specific expectations
For healthcare practices, you must configure escalation rules so that callers with urgent medical concerns are directed to a human or to emergency services. The AI agent is not a clinician and must not be used to deliver medical advice.
Reporting and enforcement
If you believe someone is violating this policy, report it to hello@giantbooking.com. We may investigate, request information, suspend service, or terminate accounts, with or without notice, as we judge appropriate to protect users, partners, and the platform.
